・全てのケーキは小麦・大麦・ライ麦を使用していません。オーツ麦を使用しているメニューはありますが、グルテンが混入していないオーツ麦を使用しています。

・Wheat, barley and rye are not contained in all cakes. Gluten-free oats are used for couple of cakes.

・小麦粉の代わりに主に米粉とアーモンド粉を使用しています。

・Rice flour and almond flour are mainly used instead of wheat, barley or rye.

・全てのケーキは人工甘味料及び白砂糖を使用していません。主にりんご由来の天然甘味料を使用しています。

・Artificial sweetener and white sugar is free in all cakes. We use a natural sweetener made from apples as the main ingredient.

・乳製品・卵を使用しないケーキもご用意しています。

・We also have cakes that do not contain dairy and eggs.
